Each Andrews Boathouses Limited slipper launch comes with a two-year hull warranty. Other parts, equipment or accessories which are not manufactured by Andrews Boathouses Limited are guaranteed for a period of 12-months or to the extent of the warranty offered by the original manufacturer.
Andrews Boathouses Limited warrants to the initial purchaser that each boat will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two-years (24-months) from date of delivery to the purchaser. This warranty excludes defects or breakages caused by misuse, owner error, accident or omission. Within this two-year period, warranty repairs will be made by Andrews Boathouses Limited at its premises. These repairs will be made at no charge. The transportation costs are the sole responsibility of the owner.
The purchaser will need to register their vessel with Andrews Boathouses Limited at time of purchase to activate the warranty period.
Notice of any warranty claim must be submitted in writing to Andrews Boathouses Limited within a month of discovery of any claimed defect and must be approved by an authorised representative of Andrews Boathouses Limited, their decision shall be final. Any boat which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, or that has been used for commercial or rental use, or that has been operated contrary to accepted good boating practice is not covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of boat or any other expenses incurred.
Andrews Boathouses Limited reserves the right to alter models, change colours, specifications, materials, equipment, component parts and prices, or cease production of certain models at any time without notice. Such changes shall be made without incurring obligations to equip or modify units produced prior to the date of such changes.
